At Fi Money, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's excited to play a foundational role in building our growth engine. As an SDR, you'll be the first point of contact for potential customersresearching, reaching out, and qualifying leads that convert into real business opportunities.

This is the perfect role if you're curious, proactive, and ready to experiment your way into better results every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive high-volume outbound lead generation using LinkedIn, cold emails, and calls
  • Identify and research the right target personas across industries and verticals
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads for our sales team
  • Craft personalized outreach strategies to boost reply and meeting booking rates
  • Log outreach activity and track performance in our CRM tools
  • Continuously explore new lead generation tools, automation strategies, and platforms to increase efficiency and effectiveness

What We're Looking For

  • 13 years of experience in B2B or B2C lead generation or inside sales
  • High energy, execution-focused mindset, and the hunger to experiment and learn
  • Excellent written communication skillsyou know how to write cold emails that actually get replies
  • Hands-on experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms is a big plus
  • You're a self-starter who works well independently and loves taking ownership
