Role Overview

We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a strong cold-calling mindset to build a pipeline for our US market. You'll be the first point of contact for prospects and play a critical role in generating qualified meetings for our sales team.

If you enjoy speaking with decision-makers, handling objections, and turning cold conversations into warm opportunities, this role is for you.

What You'll Own

  • Drive high-volume outbound prospecting to US-based accounts across time zones
  • Execute multi-channel outreach via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Identify ICP-fit accounts and engage decision-makers (Founders, CMOs, Heads of Marketing, RevOps)
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls and product demos
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM tools
  • Share market insights and prospect feedback with sales and marketing teams
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily activity and monthly meeting targets

What We're Looking For

  • 02 years of experience in US market SDR / Inside Sales / Cold Calling / BDR roles
  • Comfortable working in US time zones
  • Strong confidence in cold calling, follow-ups, and objection handling
  • Metrics-driven sales mindset with high energy and resilience
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills
  • Hands-on exposure to CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Clay, Sales Navigator, or similar)
  • Prior exposure to B2B or SaaS sales is a strong plus
