Summary
We are seeking a proactive and disciplined Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our outbound business development initiatives.
This role is focused on structured prospecting and engagement activities, including LinkedIn outreach, lead research, cold calling, email follow-ups, and meeting coordination.
This is a back-office sales role, ideal for individuals who are comfortable with outbound communication, consistent follow-ups, and pipeline-driven work.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Identifying and researching potential prospects within defined target markets
Executing LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connections, messages, follow-ups)
Initiating and managing prospect conversations
Enriching prospect data (emails, contact details, company insights)
Conducting cold calls to introduce services and qualify leads
Managing structured email outreach and follow-up sequences
Scheduling meetings with qualified prospects
Maintaining accurate records in CRM / tracking systems
Performing consistent follow-ups with leads and warm prospects
Coordinating closely with the sales team on pipeline updates
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who:
Have 12 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development
Are comfortable with outbound prospecting and cold calling
Possess strong written communication skills (LinkedIn & email)
Demonstrate confident verbal communication abilities
Can handle rejection and follow-ups professionally
Are organized, disciplined, and target-driven
