Our Singapore headquartered client is a growth-focused company helping businesses solve real problems through high-quality products and services. The sales team plays a critical role in identifying opportunities, starting meaningful conversations, and building a strong pipeline for long-term growth.

As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities. You will focus on outbound and inbound prospecting, initiating conversations with potential customers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is motivated, resilient, and eager to develop strong commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and identify potential customers through outbound channels (cold email, calls, LinkedIn).
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on defined criteria.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospect needs and pain points.
  • Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.

What We're Looking For

  • 2 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Must have worked in a remote environment before.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and high-volume activity.
  • Highly organised, goal-oriented, and resilient.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator).
  • Experience in B2B sales, advisory, or professional services.

The salary on offer is between 50,000 - 65000 INR per month.
