Sales Development Representative IT Services

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) for IT services to join our growing sales team and help generate new business opportunities in the IT services space.

If you have experience in B2B sales, outbound prospecting,lead generation and in IT services this could be a great opportunity to grow your career in global technology sales.

Experience: 36 Years ( IT services )

Key Responsibilities

Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and social selling
Conduct outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification
Identify potential clients for IT services such as application development, cloud, AI, and digital transformation
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for the sales team
Maintain accurate data and track activities in CRM systems
Use prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and Seamless
Research target accounts and identify new market opportunities
Achieve monthly sales KPIs including meetings booked and qualified leads
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and presales teams to build a strong pipeline
Understand the B2B sales cycle and inside sales model

What We're Looking For

36 years of experience in SDR / BDR / Inside Sales roles
Strong communication and prospecting skills
Experience in B2B technology or IT services sales is mandatory
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales prospecting tools
Target-driven mindset with a proactive approach to sales
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Engineering, or related field

Experience working with US, UK, Europe, North America, EMEA ,etc
