Location: Urban Vault Citrine, Hebbal, Bangalore

Job Type: Full-Time (This will be a 5-day work-from-office experience)

Timings: US shift (5:30pm to 2:30am)

Desired Experience: 1-2 years of work experience

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll play a crucial role in driving our growth by generating demand through outbound campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth research on target accounts and personas
• Build deep expertise about Lenity's value proposition and solutions, and articulate it effectively.
• Create conversations, prospect buyers across the buyer journey and build meaningful relationships with prospects.
• Leverage email, LinkedIn and cold calling as both standalone tools and interconnected channels for omnichannel outreaches.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Past experience as SDR in B2B sales in the United States.
• Prior experience in healthcare is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate leads.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong research, organizational, and time management skills.
• A collaborative attitude with a growth mindset.
• Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges.
