Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our expansion in the US market. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns. You will play a key role in building our outbound pipeline and identifying enterprise opportunities across Construction, Infrastructure, Manufacturing, and Energy sectors in the United States.

You will work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure strong qualification, smooth handoffs, and long-term customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective US-based clients, introducing ContraVault AI and generating interest.
  • Email & LinkedIn Prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound email tools to identify, contact, and nurture leads across target accounts.
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target enterprise customers in Construction, Civil, Manufacturing, and Energy sectors across the US.
  • Strategic Sales Engagement: Engage with decision-makers at Director, VP, and CXO levels, positioning ContraVault AI as a strategic solution for tender and contract risk management.
  • Market Intelligence & Feedback: Stay informed on US market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to continuously refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing and sales leadership on outbound initiatives and maintain accurate tracking of outreach and conversions in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 24 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales or outbound lead generation, preferably in SaaS or legal-tech.
  • Experience working in a 01 startup environment is preferred.
  • Strong comfort with cold calling, outbound messaging, and high-volume prospecting for US-based audiences.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills with a neutral/global accent suitable for US outreach.
  • Experience engaging senior executives, including Director, VP, and C-level stakeholders.
  • Understanding of RFPs, procurement, or contract workflows is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email automation platforms.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership sales environment.

Compensation: According to industry standards.
