We are looking for a Sales Development Representative with 1-3 years of experience. As an SDR, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities for the sales team through outbound efforts and strategic prospecting. You will identify and qualify potential customers, create connections, and set up appointments for senior sales representatives. This role is essential for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify potential leads through outbound prospecting and research.
  • Engage with prospects via phone calls, emails, and social media to generate interest.
  • Organize and manage a pipeline of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to hand off qualified leads and schedule meetings.
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and the competitive landscape.
  • Provide feedback to improve marketing materials and sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed goals.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and sales prospecting tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
