Job Description


  • Research and identify potential leads in target industries.
  • Leverage various online tools (LinkedIn, industry databases, social media, emailing tools, automation tools).
  • Perform cold outreach through email, calls, and different outbound channles.
  • Qualify leads and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Track and report on lead generation performance.
  • Experiment with new outreach strategies and tools to optimize lead generation processes.
  • Understand terminologies like ICP, RPC, BANT, GPCC.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience in lead generation, sales, or customer acquisition, preferably in the SaaS or technology industry.
  • Strong written and verbal English (Versant 5) communication skills with the ability to craft compelling, personalized outreach messages.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and lead generation tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lush, Apollo, etc.).
  • Ability to identify customer pain points and articulate solutions effectively.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
  • At least 1-2 years of cold calling experience (international or domestic) is required, with a preference for international cold calling experience.
