This hybrid role, based in India, blends business strategy, data analysis, and commercial execution.

Responsibilities

  • Drove pipeline development by sourcing and qualifying high-potential publisher and advertiser opportunities across mobile ecosystems.
  • Built data-backed commercial proposals, revenue forecasts, and pricing models to support negotiations and GTM decisions.
  • Partnered with Ad Ops and Product teams to resolve integration issues, optimize SDK performance, and improve monetization metrics.
  • Managed CRM workflows, outreach cadence, and maintained accurate pipeline tracking across stages.
  • Created persuasive pitch decks and customized sales collateral aligned with publisher/brand requirements and market segments.
  • Tracked commercial KPIs, built dashboards, conducted cohort analyses, and presented actionable insights to leadership.

Qualifications / Expertise

  • Business development experience in AdTech, digital media, and mobile monetization.
  • Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in forecasting, pricing models, and KPI dashboard creation.
  • Proficient in CRM and outbound tools including Salesforce, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and advanced spreadsheet skills for data extraction and analysis.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) for reporting and storytelling.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product, Ad Ops, and Engineering teams for integration and optimization initiatives.
  • Understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems, mediation platforms, and RTB models.
  • Experience supporting commercial contracts, SOWs, and deal negotiations.
  • Exposure to mobile game and app publisher monetization strategies.
  • Done Inbound and Outbound Sales
