Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting using email, LinkedIn, and calling to generate qualified meetings.
  • Work closely with the Sales Head to define target industries, ICPs, and buyer personas.
  • Execute campaigns using HubSpot CRM and automation tools.
  • Qualify leads through discovery calls and ensure smooth handover to the Sales team.
  • Track and report on daily and weekly outreach metrics.
  • Collaborate with marketing to align messaging with campaigns and events.
  • Continuously research accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized outreach.
  • Share insights and feedback from prospects to refine targeting and messaging.
