About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales Manager with 23 years of proven experience in lead generation, cold calling, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle. The ideal candidate must have strong stability in their career, having worked a minimum of 23 years in their previous organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Manage the sales pipeline and drive conversions to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Conduct product/service presentations to potential clients and follow up to close deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM entries accurately.
- Understand customer needs and propose relevant solutions to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 23 years of proven experience in sales, lead generation, and cold calling.
- Career stability is a must minimum 23 years tenure in at least one previous company.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
