A highly responsive and driven Sales Development Representative responsible for managing and qualifying inbound leads from multiple channels, including website forms, paid ads, emails, chat widgets, and WhatsApp. This role ensures prompt handling of all inquiries and converts them into qualified meetings for the sales team. Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads from website forms, paid ads, emails, chat widgets, WhatsApp, and other channels
  • Call and respond to new inquiries promptly
  • Qualify prospects and book meetings for the sales team
  • Follow up consistently with warm leads
  • Update and manage lead stages in HubSpot CRM
  • Ensure no inbound lead goes unattended
  • Maintain high responsiveness and quick turnaround time on new lead notifications
