- We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who has 1-3 years of experience in serving customers from North America, can work in US shift, entrepreneurial, and is looking to join an early stage startup for all learnings.
- The Sales Development Representative (SDR) has a singular purpose: pitch to as many relevant and qualified prospects as possible, understand their pain points, explore if ZapStitch is the right fit for them and have them use the product.

What will you do in this job
- Prospecting - specialize in generating outbound leads
- Find and reach out to the decision maker (customer) through email and phone
- Answer incoming calls and email inquiries.
- Understanding a prospects needs and qualifying for fit.
- Conduct product demos to prospects
- Effectively manage your sales pipeline maintain accurate data in CRM, customer support, and other internal software
What skills do you need
You should:
- have a 1-3 years of software sales experience (doing email and phone outreach)
- have prior experience of working with North America, Australia, UK customers
- have a hustler attitude and strong willingness to go beyond your comfort zone
- have the ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
- be willing to work in a startup and grow with the company
