Job Description

Seeking a Sales Development Specialist for a B2B service brand in Mumbai!

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients through LinkedIn, databases, and online directories.
  • Generate, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads.
  • Execute outreach campaigns via emails, cold calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain CRM records and ensure accurate pipeline tracking.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign execution and follow-ups.
  • Meet weekly/monthly KPIs related to outreach volume, lead quality, and conversions.
  • Attend industry events/webinars (as required) to network and source leads.

Job Qualifications

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in business development, lead generation, or inside sales.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and research skills.
  • Comfort with outbound prospecting and client engagement.
  • Experience with CRM and lead generation tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Lusha, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Understanding of the B2B sales funnel and lead nurturing process.
