About The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Junior Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 2 years of complete end-to-end B2B sales experience, preferably with exposure to the US market. This is a revenue-focused role, centered on client acquisition, lead conversion, and consistent achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate must be skilled in managing the entire sales cycle- from prospecting to closing- while building meaningful and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, cold outreach, pitching, and closing deals.
- Drive US client acquisition through outbound and inbound prospecting.
- Identify new B2B opportunities and build a strong, consistent sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
- Convert qualified leads by clearly presenting value-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Accurately update and manage all sales activities in CRM platforms (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience.
- Conduct follow-ups and nurture leads effectively throughout the sales funnel.
Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of end-to-end B2B sales experience (Mandatory).
- International sales exposure (US clients preferred).
- Proven track record in client acquisition, revenue generation, and deal closures.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong target-driven approach with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced night-shift environment.
- Experience using CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent.
- Ability to handle multiple leads, prioritize effectively, and work with minimal supervision.
- AEC industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
