About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 3–4 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, lead generation, and outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying potential customers, generating qualified opportunities, and contributing to the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

● Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.

● Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team.

● Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers.

● Conduct discovery conversations to understand customer pain points and business requirements.

● Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop targeted outreach campaigns.

● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM.

● Track and report key sales metrics and pipeline progress.

● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.

Requirements:

● 3–4 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Inside Sales, or a similar B2B SaaS sales role.

● Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

● Proven experience in cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification.

● Experience working with CRM tools and sales engagement platforms.

● Ability to build relationships and engage decision-makers across industries.

● Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
