Manifest AI is a recently launched product by BIK. It is a GPT-3.5-powered smart shopping assistant that enhances the customer experience with personalized customer support on the Shopify store.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for BIK. As the first line of communication with prospects, ideal SDRs have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. You will coordinate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and design to bridge the gap between product and revenue.

Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

  • Conduct cold calling to prospective clients to identify and qualify leads.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and other social media platforms to research and connect with potential customers.
  • Utilize email campaigns to initiate contact and nurture relationships with leads.

Pipeline Development:

  • Work closely with the sales team to understand target markets, industries, and buyer personas.
  • Identify and qualify opportunities for the sales team through strategic outreach efforts.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communications and activities in the CRM system.

Communication:

  • Craft compelling and personalized messages for cold calling scripts, LinkedIn messages, and email campaigns.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the product or service to potential customers.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with prospects through effective communication.

Qualification

  • Graduation in any stream
  • 2+ years of Proven experience in sales development or a similar role, with a focus on cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.

Desired add-ons

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in managing customer data.
  • Results-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed targets.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
