About the role:

We're looking for a confident and high-energy Sales Development Representative to drive our B2B outreach and help build a strong pipeline for our Sales team.

You'll be the first point of contact for potential customers identifying the right companies, reaching out to key decision-makers (HR Directors, CFOs, Benefits Managers, etc.).

This role is ideal for someone who's a self-starter, loves speaking to people, and can combine research + communication to create meaningful conversations.

Role Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and shortlist companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across industries
  • Build targeted prospect lists using research and sales tools

Outbound Engagement

  • Execute high-volume outreach through multiple channels:
  • Cold calls
  • Emails
  • LinkedIn messages
  • Personalize messaging to improve engagement and response rates

Qualification & Handover

  • Conduct discovery/qualification calls to understand needs and fit
  • Schedule qualified meetings and smoothly hand over to BDs

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity records in CRM
  • Track outreach performance and share reporting insights with the team

Role Requirement:

  • 02 years of experience in SDR/BDR/sales outreach roles (B2B preferred)
  • Strong written + verbal communication skills with a clear, confident tone
  • Ability to write compelling, concise outreach messages
  • Comfortable with targets, outreach volumes, and continuous improvement
  • Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
