Job Role: Sales Development Representative (Europe)

About the Role:
We're looking for a driven Sales Development Representative to join our founding team and spearhead our outbound sales efforts in the European market. This is a high-impact, early-stage opportunity where you'll be instrumental in building our sales pipeline and establishing our presence across Europe.
What You'll Do:
Pipeline Generation (Primary Focus)
- Generate qualified leads and book sales meetings with decision-makers at SMB companies
- Target the accounting and media industries across European markets
- Execute multi-channel outbound campaigns using cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
- Implement Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for high-value prospects
Sales Execution
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to identify sales opportunities
- Schedule and confirm meetings for the sales team
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM
- Collaborate with founding team members on strategy and execution
What We're Looking For:
Must-Have Experience
- 2-4 years of B2B sales development experience with proven Europe market exposure
- Strong cold calling background with consistent high-volume dialing experience
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding SDR metrics
- Experience with outbound sales tools (Outplay, Outreach, or similar platforms)
