About The Reel Store

The Reel Store is a creative marketing agency that builds integrated marketing systems for premium, aesthetic-driven brands - hospitality, real estate, D2C, and design-led spaces. We don't just run campaigns. We architect the full system: content, paid ads, and social strategy working in sync.

We're growing and we need someone to own the front end of our sales engine.

The Role

As an SDR at The Reel Store, you won't be handed a list of leads and told to dial. You'll be expected to think and research the right brands, craft outreach that doesn't sound like a template, hold sharp discovery conversations, and build proposals that actually close.

You'll work directly with the founding team. High visibility, real ownership, no bureaucracy.

What You'll Do
  • Research and identify potential clients across target verticals: hospitality, real estate, interior design, D2C, wellness, and coaching
  • Own outbound outreach via LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and cold email - personalised, brand-aware messaging only
  • Run discovery calls to understand prospect needs, budgets, and fit
  • Prepare and present client-facing proposals - you build these, not just fill templates
  • Manage follow-up sequences and move prospects through the pipeline to close
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and report weekly on outreach volume, response rates, and deal status
  • Collaborate with the founding team to sharpen targeting, messaging, and positioning over time
Who We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 1–3 years in sales, BD, or client servicing, in a service business (agency, SaaS, or consulting preferred)
  • Strong written communication - your first message to a prospect is our first brand impression
  • Comfortable building proposals and decks independently
  • Understands marketing well enough to have a real conversation with a founder or CMO

Strong signals:

  • Has independently prospected and closed deals, not just managed inbound
  • Has worked with or sold to premium / aesthetic-conscious brands
  • Sells on value, not on discount
  • Knows how to research a prospect before reaching out

This isn't the role for you if:

  • You rely on volume blasting and generic scripts
  • You need a fully structured process to get started
  • You've only sold products, not services
