Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad for a Sales Development Executive. The Sales Development Executive will identify and qualify new business opportunities, generate leads, manage sales pipelines, and schedule sales meetings. Responsibilities include researching target industries and accounts, initiating outreach to potential clients, understanding client needs, and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue growth. The role requires active participation in crafting strategies to expand market reach and achieve business goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Lead Generation, Client Outreach, and Sales Pipeline Management
  • Experience in Market Research and Industry Analysis
  • Strong abilities in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Building
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, preferably in HR or technology solutions, is advantageous
