Sales cum Makeup assistant (Bangalore)

Job Location: Phoenix Marketcity- Health & Glow Store

· Familiarize yourself with Kryolan products and stay up to date with latest products, best practices, and tools.

· Understand customer requirements from personal, visual, and technical standpoints.

· Provide customers with a variety of looks within the Kryolan product range.

· Apply simple or complex makeup professionally to ensure excellent visual results.

· Help customers realize their beauty goals.

· Ensure makeup blends well with skin tone and suits customer requirements.

· Assist in appropriate removal of makeup when required.

· Clean and maintain makeup tools and applicators regularly.

· Maintain an up-to-date personal portfolio with photos/videos of work.

· Handle customer complaints with patience.

· Work efficiently under pressure.

· Continuously upgrade skills through training and workshops.

· Collaborate with colleagues and be an active team member.

· Assist with in-store sales when required.

· Maintain high standards of personal hygiene.

Requirements

Job Location: Phoenix Marketcity- Health & Glow Store

Prior experience in makeup application, beauty retail, or as a makeup artist (store or freelance)

Strong knowledge of makeup techniques, skin tones, and product application

Good communication and interpersonal skills to understand and guide customers

Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle customer queries or complaints calmly

Willingness to learn and stay updated with latest beauty trends and products

Basic sales orientation with the ability to recommend and upsell products
