Regional Clinical Sales Specialist - Critical Care Medical Devices

CTC: 5.5-₹7 LPA + Performance Incentives

Role Overview

We are looking for a clinically strong and application-driven professional to support the growth of advanced extracorporeal blood purification therapies. This role is critical in bridging clinical science with real-world ICU and dialysis & CVTS practices.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver clinical education sessions, CMEs, and workshops for nephrologists, intensivists, and perfusionists 

Conduct product demonstrations in ICU, dialysis, and OT settings 

Provide on-site clinical application support during initial cases and therapy adoption 

Build strong engagement with KOLs in nephrology, critical care, and cardiac surgery 

Support the sales team with scientific discussions, case conversion, and therapy positioning 

Assist in clinical troubleshooting and protocol standardization 

Travel extensively (8-10 days/month) across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka & Hyderabad

Candidate Profile

Background: Dialysis Technician / Perfusionist / Clinical Specialist 

Experience: Minimum 1 year in a Clinical/Application Specialist role (in Hospitals or medical devices industry preferred) 

Strong understanding of dialysis, CRRT, sepsis, CPB, ECMO and extracorporeal therapies 

Excellent presentation and communication skills (comfortable with CMES & doctor interactions) 

High ownership, field adaptability, and willingness to travel
