Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counselor, located in Jaipur. The Sales Counselor will play a vital role in engaging with prospective students, understanding their needs, and guiding them in selecting the right educational and training pathways. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and assisting with enrollment processes. The role also involves supporting sales initiatives, meeting enrollment targets, and maintaining organized records.
Qualifications
- 1-3 yrs of experience is required
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure an excellent experience for prospective students
- Proficient in Communication and adept at building rapport with clients and stakeholders
- Proven Sales experience with the ability to meet targets and drive enrollment efforts
- Effective Organization Skills to manage appointments, maintain records, and coordinate with various departments
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and take initiative to meet goals
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies for managing customer interactions and sales
- Prior experience in the education or aviation industry is a strong advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
