Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counsellor at our aesthetic clinic in Gurugram. The Sales Counsellor will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide exceptional customer service, and deliver tailored sales consultations. Daily tasks include assisting clients with treatment bookings, explaining service options, following up with inquiries, and ensuring clients have a seamless and satisfying experience. The role also involves maintaining customer satisfaction, contributing to sales growth, and fostering long-term client relationships and driving marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Customer Service and a strong focus on Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills and presentable with the ability to build strong client relationships
• Sales knowledge and the ability to achieve targets and drive revenue
• Strong Organization Skills for managing appointments and client records efficiently
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry
• Previous experience in an aesthetic centre, hospitality or customer-facing role is a plus
