Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Counselor based in Gurugram. The Sales Counselor will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, addressing inquiries, understanding their needs, and recommending suitable programs or solutions. Key responsibilities include building relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, achieving sales targets, and maintaining organized customer records while providing exceptional customer service at every interaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to build and maintain positive relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers
  • Proficiency in Sales techniques and ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong Organization skills to manage client records and meet deadlines efficiently
  • Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and proactively contribute to success
  • Experience in the education or ed-tech sector is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
