Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Coordinator based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the sales team, arranging meeting, coordinating with clients to ensure smooth communication, handling sales operations, maintaining customer relations, and assisting with administrative tasks. The role also requires maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and addressing client inquiries to ensure a high-quality customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Process and manage sales orders, invoices, and requests.
  • Handle administrative duties for the sales team, such as scheduling meetings and managing diaries.
  • Organize and coordinate sales events, trade shows, and meetings.
  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to provide a high level of satisfaction and build lasting client relationships
  • Experience or understanding of Sales to support the team in achieving sales goals and objectives
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
