Location: Dehradun (Candidates from Dehradun or nearby locations preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2+ years in sales (mandatory)

Position Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer engagement, sales conversions, and operations coordination. A background in sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently are key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Promptly respond to trek inquiries via phone, email, and website.
  • Provide detailed information about itineraries, pricing, and trek preparation.
  • Follow up with potential customers to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.

Trek Consultation & Booking Management

  • Assist customers in choosing treks based on fitness level, experience, and season.
  • Process registrations, manage payment follow-ups, and ensure a seamless booking experience.

Operations & Logistics Coordination

  • Work closely with operations and logistics teams to update batch availability.
  • Handle rescheduling and cancellations as per company policies.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trekkers.
  • Address queries, resolve concerns, and collect post-trek feedback to enhance customer satisfaction.

Sales & Promotional Activities

  • Offer loyalty discounts to returning trekkers.
  • Inform customers about ongoing promotions.
  • Coordinate with the finance team for accurate discount application.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of inquiries, bookings, cancellations, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare sales reports, analyze conversion rates, and provide insights on customer preferences and trek demand trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field.

Minimum 2+ years of sales experience (mandatory).

Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM sales tools.

Self-motivated with the ability to meet targets.

Passion for adventure tourism is a plus.

Candidates from Dehradun or nearby locations preferred.
