Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support:
- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks like processing orders, preparing sales reports, and updating sales records in CRM systems.
- Maintain and manage the sales calendar, ensuring timely follow-ups, meetings, and appointments.
- Prepare and organize sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Order Management:
- Oversee the processing of orders from customers, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory teams, and address customer inquiries about product availability.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Act as a point of contact for customers, responding to queries related to products, services, pricing, and order status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on sales transactions and addressing any issues that arise.
- Sales Reporting:
- Track sales targets, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), and performance metrics for the sales team.
- Generate regular sales reports, analyze data, and provide insights to management.
- Coordination and Communication:
- Liaise with other departments (such as marketing, logistics, and finance) to ensure seamless execution of sales processes.
