Job Description

Job Title: Sales Co-Ordinator

Location: Surat

Industry: Solar PV Modules

Employment Type: Full-time

Reports To: Sales Manager / Head of Sales

Job Summary: The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team by managing day-to-day operations, coordinating with clients, preparing documentation, and ensuring smooth execution of sales processes. This role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team to track leads, enquiries, and order status.

Maintain customer databases, prepare quotations, sales orders, and related documentation.

Communicate with clients regarding order updates, delivery schedules, and post-sales support.

Follow up with customers for payments, documentation, and feedback. Qualifications & Experience:

Coordinate with internal departments (accounts, logistics, service, etc.) for smooth order processing and delivery.

Prepare MIS reports, sales reports, and maintain sales records as per company standards.

Assist in preparing presentations, tenders, and proposals for clients.

Support sales executives in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.

Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and in-person interactions professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing or equivalent.

Minimum 35 years of experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support (experience in Solar or Renewable Energy sector will be an added advantage).
