Job Role – Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the sales team in managing client relationships, order processing, and coordination between departments.

Preferred Candidates:

Candidates knowing Tamil / Telugu / Kannada / Malayalam along with English & Hindi will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the sales team for order processing & execution

Maintain sales records, MIS reports & customer database

Handle customer queries and provide timely support

Prepare quotations, proposals & sales documentation

Follow up with clients regarding payments & deliveries

Coordinate with logistics, accounts & operations teams

Track sales targets and reporting activities

Ensure smooth communication between clients & internal teams

Required Skills:

Strong communication & interpersonal skills

Good knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office

Multitasking and coordination abilities

Organizational & problem-solving skills

Basic understanding of sales processes

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

Minimum 1 year experience in Sales Coordination / Customer Support / Operations

South Indian language knowledge preferred

Immediate joiners preferred
