Role - Sales Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end sales process, including preparing quotes, proposals, and sales agreements
  • Maintain and update CRM databases with accurate client and pipeline information
  • Prepare detailed sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers using advanced MS Excel 
  • Draft professional client-facing documents, presentations, and proposals using MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Manage sales calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate follow-ups across the team
  • Process purchase orders, track order status, and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor sales targets and compile weekly/monthly performance summaries for management
  • Handle inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and route them to the appropriate sales representatives
  • Support the team with market research, competitor analysis, and data compilation
  • Manage correspondence and documentation using MS Outlook, ensuring timely communication with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in a sales support or coordination role
  • Expert-level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), this is non-negotiable
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
