Job Description
About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support our client's sales team, manage sales operations, coordinate with clients and internal departments, and ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
What you'll do
Coordinate with the sales team to support daily sales activities.
Prepare and manage quotations, proposals, and sales orders.
Maintain sales records, MIS reports, and CRM data.
Follow up with clients regarding orders, payments, and deliveries.
Coordinate with Accounts, Logistics, and Warehouse teams for order processing.
Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
Assist Sales Managers with reports, presentations, and sales target tracking.
Maintain updated client information and sales documentation.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Sales Coordination or a similar role.
Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under deadlines.
Knowledge of IT networking, hardware, or telecom products will be an added advantage.
