Sales Executive – Data Analytics & Dashboard Solutions (B2B)

About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Executive to drive growth for our Data Integration, Analytics & Dashboard Solutions.

Our platform empowers businesses to unify data from multiple sources (ERP systems, accounting software, Excel, APIs, etc.) and transform it into actionable dashboards and insights for smarter decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a consultative sales environment, understands business operations, and can translate client needs into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets
  • Identify and engage B2B clients across industries such as trading, manufacturing, finance, and services
  • Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and partnerships
  • Understand client business processes and identify opportunities for data integration and analytics solutions
  • Conduct requirement discovery sessions and present tailored dashboard solutions
  • Own the End-to-End Sales Cycle:
  • Lead generation & qualification
  • Solution positioning
  • Proposal & SOW preparation
  • Client presentations & demos
  • Negotiation & deal closure
  • Collaborate with product and technical teams to design customized solutions
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting
  • Drive client retention, upselling, and long-term partnerships
  • Negotiate commercial terms to maximize revenue and profitability
  • Track and report sales performance metrics
  • Represent the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums

What We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales (SaaS, IT solutions, analytics, or ERP preferred)
  • Proven track record of managing the full sales lifecycle
  • Strong understanding of:
  • Business functions (Sales, Finance, Operations)
  • Data analytics & dashboarding concepts
  • Multi-source data integration (basic understanding is sufficient)
  • Excellent skills in:
  • Proposal writing & commercial structuring
  • Client presentations & storytelling
  • Negotiation & closing
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
