Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and responding to inquiries.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and presentations for management.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Schedule and organize meetings and appointments for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Support the sales team in developing and implementing sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
