Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations and Backend Support

• Handle SAP system for backend sales processes.
• Provide sales-related data as per the requirement of the sales team.
• Prepare proforma invoices and quotations based on customer demand.

Order Processing and Coordination

• Process customer orders through the Rewa portal.
• Coordinate with SCM, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure timely dispatch.

Customer Interaction and Follow-Up

• Maintain regular communication with customers for outstanding payments and new requirements.
• File RFQs for bulk order requirements.

Reporting and Documentation

• Prepare daily reports including outstanding collection, sales, and dispatch reports.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of all sales-related activities.

Education Qualifications:

• Graduate in any specialization
