Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Sales Coordinator / Tele Sales Executive to manage lead generation, customer engagement, and appointment scheduling. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, CRM knowledge, and experience in tele sales, preferably in the industrial equipment domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and engage customers using strong negotiation and convincing skills
  • Explain company products and services clearly to prospective clients
  • Schedule appointments with prospects and ensure regular follow-ups
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and professional communication
  • Manage and update customer data using CRM tools
  • Represent the company confidently to both small and large accounts
  • Build strong PR and industry contacts
  • Support digital marketing, branding, and promotional activities
  • Work efficiently with MS Office tools
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation

CTC: As per current salary and relevant experience

Language Requirement: Multilingual candidates preferred, especially fluent in Tamil & Malayalam

Preferred Candidate: Female
