Description
We are seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for providing support to the sales team and ensuring that sales goals are met. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably in the Indian job market context.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets by coordinating sales activities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support to sales representatives
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Prepare sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Provide administrative support to the sales team as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- 3-6 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role
- Knowledge of sales and marketing principles
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and one or more Indian languages
