  • Take information datas of exporter / importer & details Of Contact Person, Address, Etc
  • Fix Appointments To Meet The Importers / Exporters.
  • Prepare The List Of Targeted, Potential & Projected Clients.
  • Explain The Services Offered By Freight Forwarding Division & Groups Services.
  • Identify / Analyse The Clients To Utilise Our Freight Services.
  • Pass The Leads To Concerned Department If The Client Required Other Services Of Our Group.
  • Develop Professional Relationship With Clients
  • Once Enquiries Received, Prepare Quotes And Send To Client
  • Follow On The Quote Sent
  • Constantly Follow Up With Clients Through Call & Mails.
  • Daily Reporting Of The Sales Call Made.
  • Prepare Weekly Sales Reports On Enquiries, Calls Made.
  • Monthly Review Meeting Reports To Discuss The Review And Plan Of Action For The Next Month & Quarterly.
  • After Successful Conversion Of A Client To Biz, Follow Procedures On New Client Approvals / Executions Till Payment.
  • Continuous Conversion Of Multiple Clients.
  • KRA Will Be Set Based On The Above.
  • Review On The Same Will Be Every Quarterly.
  • Daily Reporting To The Functional Head
  • Understand The Process Of Handling A Shipment
  • After 14 To 20 Months Change Role From Co Ordinator To Customer Service Executive.
