Sales Coordinator

Experience Required : 0-3 Years

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 0-3 years of experience in Electrical Sales, Sales Coordination, or a related role.
• Basic understanding of electrical products and customer handling.
• Good communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Email.
• Ability to work effectively with customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Candidates based in or willing to work from Chennai will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the sales team on day-to-day sales activities.
• Follow up with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, and orders.
• Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports and records.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Assist customers with product-related queries and provide prompt support.
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales data.
• Support the sales team in achieving business objectives and ensuring customer satisfaction.
