The Sales Coordinator will provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, ensuring smooth communication with customers and internal departments. This role specifically requires candidates who can communicate inTelugu, Tamil, or Malayalam, as the position involves coordination with South Indiabased clients and distributors.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Coordination- Communicate with customers, dealers, and distributors inTelugu/Tamil/Malayalamas required.
- Handle all incoming inquiries, provide product information, and coordinate quotations.
- Maintain customer records, pricing lists, contact details, and communication history.
- Support sales executives with follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and customer updates.
Order & Dispatch Coordination- Process purchase orders and sales orders in ERP/CRM systems.
- Coordinate with production, planning, and logistics to ensure timely dispatch.
- Track delivery schedules and update customers and sales team regularly.
- Assist in resolving order or dispatch-related issues.
Documentation & Reporting- Prepare quotations, PI, invoices, challans, and sales correspondence.
- Maintain documentation for sales orders, customer issues, and dispatch details.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS for management.
Payment Follow-up- Coordinate with the accounts team for invoice status.
- Follow up with customers regarding payment dues and confirmation.
Customer Relationship Management- Ensure customers receive prompt responses and proper support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints.
Required Skills & Qualifications- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Business preferred).
- Ability to speakTelugu / Tamil / Malayalam(mandatory for this role).
Salary Range: upt to 35000/- per month ctc
