Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Coordination
Assist the sales team with day-to-day sales operations.
Prepare quotations, proposals, sales presentations, and product sheets.
Handle order processing, invoicing, and customer follow-ups.
Maintain and update customer databases and sales records using ERP systems.
Client Communication
Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and order updates.
Coordinate with clients for documentation, deliveries, and post-sales support.
Schedule client meetings, demos, and follow-up calls.
Reporting & Documentation
Create daily/weekly/monthly sales reports for management.
Track sales performance metrics, targets, and sales pipeline.
Maintain proper documentation of contracts, agreements, and communication logs.
Coordination with Internal Teams
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and operations for timely order fulfillment.
Support marketing activities, events, and promotional campaigns.
Maintain smooth communication between sales and technical/product teams.
