Job Summary
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by handling administrative tasks, coordinating with clients and team members, and ensuring smooth day- to-day operations. This individual acts as the backbone of the sales team, enabling them to focus on driving revenue and building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Support
o Assist the sales team with documentation, quotations, proposals, and presentations.
o Ensure all client requests and inquiries are addressed promptly.
o Coordinate and maintain records of client interactions, contracts, and deals.
2. Order Processing and Management
o Manage and process purchase orders, sales orders, and invoices.
o Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team for timely deliveries.
o Track orders and communicate updates to clients and stakeholders.
3. Customer Relationship Management
o Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM software.
o Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or in person.
o Follow up on pending leads and support the team in achieving sales targets.
4. Coordination and Collaboration
o Act as a liaison between the sales team, clients, and other internal departments such as marketing, finance, and operations.
o Schedule meetings, calls, and sales presentations.
o Organize sales events, exhibitions, and client meetings as needed.
5. Reporting and Analysis
o Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts.
o Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights to the sales team.
o Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
Requirements
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
o Proven experience in a sales support or coordination role (0-1 years preferred).
o Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word,PowerPoint).
• Skills:
o Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude.
o Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
