Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator with 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination and hands-on experience working on IndiaMART. The candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, coordinating with customers, following up on leads, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle and manage leads received through IndiaMART.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Coordinate with the sales team for quotations, orders, and customer requirements.
• Maintain and update lead details, customer databases, and sales reports.
• Track inquiries and convert potential leads into sales opportunities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with existing and prospective customers.
• Coordinate with internal departments for order processing and delivery updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
• Mandatory: Hands-on experience using IndiaMART for lead generation and inquiry management.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
• Strong follow-up, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach to work.

Preferred Candidate

A motivated candidate who has practical experience handling IndiaMART inquiries, managing leads, coordinating with customers, and supporting the sales team in daily operations.
