Role Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The Sales Coordinator will manage daily sales operations, support the sales team, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, processing orders, maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and responding to customer inquiries. Effective communication and collaboration with internal teams will also be essential to ensure seamless processes and a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support sales processes and ensure efficiency
• Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to engage effectively with clients and address their needs
• Knowledge of Sales principles and an understanding of sales strategies to meet organizational goals
• Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office applications is an asset
• Prior experience in sales coordination or a related field is preferred
