Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Coordinator for a reputable company in the Manufacturing Industry. You will be responsible for attending to customer calls, sending quotations, following up on orders, and maintaining customer data in ERP/CRM systems. This role requires strong convincing power, excellent English communication, and proficiency in typing and basic math calculations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Communication: Attend to customer calls, send correspondences, and follow up for orders.
Data Management: Maintain all customer data in ERP/CRM systems, including contact details, orders received, and customer communications. Manage database records.
Quotation Management: Send quotations to clients for products and services.
Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate between clients and production as needed for dispatches or service issues.
Team Contribution: Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as required.
Outreach: Make calls to clients to provide product information.

Skills Required

Strong convincing power and excellent English communication skills (speaking).
Mandatory skills include proficient typing and maths calculation.
Experience in sales coordination and customer service.
Ability to maintain and manage customer databases.

QUALIFICATION:

A technical background is beneficial for this role.
