Role Description

The Sales Coordinator role is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. Responsibilities include coordinating sales activities, liaising with clients, supporting the sales team with order processing, maintaining sales records, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be a key point of contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating communication and contributing to the smooth execution of sales operations.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations to support sales processes effectively
  • Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear and professional interaction with clients and teams
  • Solid understanding of sales principles and experience in sales-related activities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage sales records and tasks systematically
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a diverse team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in relevant CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in the IT/software industry is an advantage
