Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially strong Sales Coordinator (Internal / Inside Sales) to support engineering and manufacturing sales operations. This role will focus on lead verification, quotation preparation, pricing coordination, opportunity conversion, and client interaction, working closely with field sales, engineering, and production teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Verify and process incoming sales leads from various channels and ensure proper CRM entry
• Coordinate end-to-end lead processing, tracking opportunities through the sales funnel to conversion
• Prepare, review, and verify quotations in coordination with engineering, costing, and production teams
• Support pricing finalization and ensure accuracy of technical and commercial details in quotations
• Interact directly with domestic and international clients to clarify requirements and support negotiations
• Assist in commercial negotiations in line with company pricing policies and approval matrices
• Coordinate with field sales teams and account managers to support deal closures
• Track quotation status, follow up with clients, and improve opportunity-to-conversion ratios
• Ensure timely communication between sales, engineering, finance, and manufacturing departments
• Maintain accurate sales records, pricing history, and opportunity reports
• Monitor internal sales KPIs and provide regular performance updates to management
• Ensure all sales activities are conducted ethically and in compliance with company and legal requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Experience in internal sales, inside sales, or sales coordination within a manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong understanding of quotation management, pricing, and sales processes
• Ability to coordinate with engineering and production teams on technical-commercial requirements
• Excellent client communication and negotiation support skills
• Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and quotation tools
• Strong attention to detail and process orientation
