Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant based in Pune. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for understanding customer needs, providing tailored security and attendance solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include conducting consultations, managing the sales process, building strong customer relationships, and offering post-sales support. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of optimized solutions is also a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting services to understand and address client-specific requirements
• Expertise in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to establish and maintain long-term client relationships
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively present ideas, solutions, and negotiate with clients
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and adapt to customer-focused environments
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of security solutions, biometric systems, or related technologies is highly advantageous
• Ability to work on-site in Pune with a client-focused and detail-oriented approach
